What is the shelf life of the products and how should they be stored?
Pistachio Cream and Kunafa products have a shelf life of up to 18 months when sealed. Once opened, it is best to consume within 6 to 12 months and store in a cool, dry place.
Storage Guidelines:
- Keep tightly sealed after each use.
- Store in a cool, dry place between 18°C to 24°C (64°F to 75°F).
- Do NOT refrigerate as this will harden the spread and make it difficult to use.

What are the ingredients of your products?
Pistachio Cream: Pistachios, full cream cow milk powder, skimmed cow milk powder, whey powder, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil from palm kernels, vegetable emulsifier, food color (E132, E102), vanilla.
Kunafa Dough: Wheat flour, starch, soya flour, salt, corn oil, potassium sorbate (E202), sodium metabisulphite (E223).
Allergy Warning: Contains milk and soy.
